24 hour cancellations policy applies to all appointments, or full payment for the appointment will be required.
Upon purchase, vouchers are emailed to the address you have given as the “Recipient”, so the buyer must ensure it is correctly spelled. Please note that some email providers may mark our emails as spam, so if they are not delivered to the recipient’s inbox, in most cases they can be found in the junk / spam folder. Regrettably this is entirely beyond our control. Should the gift voucher not arrive at all, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send another copy.
To redeem the voucher, the recipient must phone us on 0141 258 4990 to book their treatment, then bring the voucher to the salon and present it on arrival.
Please note that all gift vouchers expire after 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once booked in, if the recipient wishes to cancel their appointment, they must give 24 hours cancellation notice, or the voucher is redeemed against the loss and becomes invalid.
